the 2013 Gas Gas 300 I

the 2013 Gas Gas 300 I had, it was honestly a breeze. Not for big jumps etc but cruises comfortably at 100km/h between tech sections. Personally I believe that more of us oldies (50 plus) and guys who are learning, should be on these type of bikes Sherco X Trail/Beta Cross Trainer /KTM Freerides and there would be far less injuries and much more enjoyment in ones riding. Even with the trails type tyres the grip I got in Lesotho on loose shale and grass hills was exceptional. Not even to mention the big rocks Getting stuck in a dead end or having to man handle the bike also becomes vastly easier at 80kg compared to 105kg. Suddenly I am a master at pivot turns as well LOL Conclusions: So there you have it – keep it to mess around with in your garden, Zoot off down to Lesotho – and, with the indicators and stuff, use it as a delivery bike into town and back. This bike is a lot of fun… 60 DIRT & TRAIL MAGAZINE MARCH 2016 X-Ride owner JP and his Mrs Matilda.
